•        Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

•        Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

•        We do not accept exchanges, except in the case of damaged or defective items.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly offer an exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.

 

How to Start a Return

In your email, please include:

•        Your order number

•        The item(s) you would like to return

•        Reason for the return

Our team will respond with return instructions within 1–3 business days.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

•        Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

•        Items returned outside of the 14-day window.

•        Final sale items (if applicable, noted at time of purchase).

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed immediately. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.

 

•        Refunds are processed as soon as the return is received and inspected.

•        Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your billing statement, as processing times vary by banking institution.

•        Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
